Our philosophy.

Every plate is an invitation, every service a promise kept.

Since La Panthère first opened, we have held to the same standard: an authentic, generous French cuisine, crafted from fresh, seasonal produce. From the onglet with shallots — our signature — to the Burgundy snails, every dish tells of a craft handed down, honoured, and endlessly reinvented.

A good meal begins with a warm welcome and lingers long after dessert.
